Looking for a customized tour for your RV club or group of four or more RVs? We can design a tour to best fit your special interests.

Some example custom tours may incorporate your group's interest in

* lighthouses * winery tours * live theatre * seafood * ghost towns * Oregon Trail * river rafting * golf * hiking to waterfalls * whale watching * temporate rain forests

Contract:
In addition to incorporating your group's special interests, we would have to negotiate the details of what you want included: Meals, wine, beer, tickets & entrance fees, greens fees, CB radios or other outfitting supplies, guides, historical or local narration, etc.

Deposit:
Deposit is $1000 per vehicle at the time of signing the agreed upon contract.

Cancellations & Refunds:
If your group cancels your custom tour for any reason after signing the agreed contract, but before 90 days prior to tour departure, a cancellation penalty of 50% of the tour deposits will apply. Cancellation 31-90 days prior to tour departure will incur a cancellation penalty of 100% of the tour deposits. Cancellation 30 days or less will incur a cancellation penalty of 100% of all tour moneys received.

Standard Liability Waiver:
Our standard waiver does not apply to RV groups who have arranged and contracted for a customized tour. A different liability waiver will apply in that case, outlining the Cancellation & Refund policy shown above. Also, a separate contract will be negotiated for custom tour groups, in order to quantify and detail exactly what will be included, and not included, in your custom tour according to your desires.
