RV Caravan Tours:
Discover Oregon -
Week 1 Tour

Your Road Trip to Outdoor Adventure TM

8 days & 600 miles (1000 kilometers)

Rowboats for rent

Looking for a quintessential Pacific Northwest experience?

This tour encompasses the first half of our Discover Oregon Tour (days 1-8). Below are links to more details about days 1-8 of the standard tour.

There's hiking almost everyday: an old growth forest, a coastal rain forest, a mile of the Oregon Trail, on a beach, to an ocean bluff for example. Other explorations include a wilderness alpine lake. Most hikes are easy to moderate. Boat rentals are available at some of the stops. Driving is every other day, with free time for relaxed exploration on non-driving days.
Map of Oregon

If travel is a state of mind, Oregon sure makes you wonder how one region can offer so much wide-ranging recreation and scenery - and how you will ever be able in one lifetime to experience it all. Even for the seasoned traveler, an endless supply of secret places is available for exploring. - Grant McOmie, Author

Meals: Provided meals are listed for each day below as (B) breakfast, (L) lunch, and (D) dinner. 9 meals will be provided as follows: 7 breakfasts, 1 lunches, and 1 dinners. Since the tour concentrates on the natural beauty of Oregon, we won't be hanging out near restaurants. Tour participants will be making their own picnic lunches and providing most of their dinners and breakfasts. A community charcoal grill will be provided nightly for ease of dinner preparations. We believe ticketed events which require advance reservations are a better tour value than restaurant meals. Itinerary is subject to change.
