Custom Tours:
Custom tours have special rules, inclusives, and prices, that are uniquely negotiated in the custom tour contract. Please see the link to Custom Tours on the Our Tours page for details about arranging a custom tour for your RV group.

Lock Your Price Now:
As soon as you register, whether via Advance Sign-Up (pre-December 31), or at any other time, your tour price is locked in and will not increase. Prices subject to change until you book.

Optional Airport (or Train) Transfer Package:
No worry and no waiting for a taxi: This option is especially helpful to our international guests who are first-time visitors to the U.S. For $150 (U.S. funds) per 1 to 2 people arriving on the same flight (or train), we will arrange to have someone waiting for you at the airport (or Amtrak station) with a car, meet you at your gate (or as close as we can get with current security measures), accompany you to baggage claim, help you with your bags, drive you to the RV rental company, and help you with your RV rental check-out. Also included is the return airport (or train) transfer, where we will arrange for someone to meet you at rhe RV rental company upon your RV rental return, drive you and your bags back to the airport (or Amtrak station), and help you bring your bags inside to the ticket counter for baggage check-in. Be sure to checkmark this option on the registration form if you want us to arrange this airport (or train) transfer package for you.

Standard Cancellation and Refund Policy:
If you cancel your tour for any reason up to 61 days prior to your departure date, we will refund 100% of all monies paid, less a $50 administrative fee. If you cancel your tour 60 days or less prior to your departure date, the following will apply:

• 60-31 days prior to departure date, we will refund 100% of monies paid less $500 per vehicle cancellation fee. You will receive a $200 credit voucher, good for any future tour and no expiration date.

• 30 days and less prior to depature date, we will refund 25% of your tour price paid. You will receive a $200 credit voucher, good for any future tour and no expiration date.

It is necessary to retain a percentage of your tour price due to non-refundable deposits remitted on your behalf. We highly recommend you purchase travel cancellation insurance. We can provide you with information about this coverage when you make your reservation, or call your travel agent as they sell trip cancellation insurance.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations phoned in will not be accepted until written confirmation is officially received. The effective date of cancellation will be the postmark on your envelope. There are no partial refunds if you decline to participate in any of the scheduled events or activities. Any applicable refunds are paid 30 days after receiving notice of your cancellation in writing.

(This cancellation & refund policy does not apply to RV groups who have arranged and contracted for a customized tour. A different cancellation & refund policy will apply in that case. Cancellations by RV Caravan Tours: In case of an emergency, we reserve the right to cancel any scheduled tour prior to departure. In this event, 100% of all funds received will be immediately refunded.

Budgeting:
Affording travel is a matter of priorities. Make do with your old car, don't stay at the fancy hotels, have picnic lunches, and grill your own dinner. That's our philosophy, and if you do those things you'll get to travel more often! Please see the Deadlines & Details page for estimates of your expenses once the tour is underway.

If you're shopping prices:
Dollar for dollar, and for best value, our tours have the most inclusives at the least price. And if you will be renting your RV, there's no comparison: Nobody but us provides a CB radio, antenna, camp chairs, lanterns and flashlights. Plus we have the smallest size groups for maximizing your tour experience.

Registration Forms:
Payment can be made via Bank Wire, Visa, MasterCard, Money Order, Cashier's Check, or personal check drawn on a U.S. bank. Prices listed are in U.S. dollars. Payment in U.S. funds.

All tour participants will be required to sign a standard liability waiver at the tour rendezvous. (This standard waiver does not apply to RV groups who have arranged and contracted for a customized tour. A different liability waiver will apply in that case. We also need emergency contact and RV-specific information. To speed things along we can take the information over the phone, or you can print the one-page Auxiliary Info Form, or just wait and we'll send you a copy in your pre-trip packet.

If you prefer to use a written signature when charging by credit card, we have a Credit Card Authorization Form available as well.

By the way, it is against the law to charge a credit card surcharge. Some RV touring companies tout that they will not charge you a 4% credit card surcharge, and imply that other RV touring companies will. Nobody can charge you a credit card surcharge: It's against the law.
